A Brief History

An interactive erasure poem that applies creative coding toward an article entitled “A Brief History on Roe vs Wade.”

Through a four-part series of interactions on the p5 canvas, users move through a river of animated text that move and pause, veil and unveil excerpts on reproductive justice history. The work explores erasure as boundary, as sabotage, as plain commentary on the pain and movements regarding reproducing bodies.
